Band BiographyEdit

Ryan Adams made himself known as one of the major songwriters in Whiskeytown, as well as for a rather raucous, anti-social sort. When that band collapsed, he formed Ryan Adams & The Cardinals, with an ever-changing lineup, though he's also released many records as "solo" albums as well (though sometimes those have members of the various lineups of the Cardinals as well).

He is not to be confused with Bryan Adams. You can tell the difference because Ryan Adams is pretty beloved, at least musically, while Bryan Adams is constantly mocked as one of Canada's worst exports this side of Celine Dion.
