Not much is known about Seelard -- they appeared to release the bootleg Negativland album These Guys Are From England And Who Gives A Shit, compiling all of the material related to the sued-out-of-existence U2 single, and have yet to release anything else. There are rumors that this is actually Seeland records in disguise, but it's obviously not, as if Seeland were to release this album, Negativland would be in big trouble. Also, Seeland's temporary relocation to Olympia, WA around the time of this release and temporary shutdown of the old Contra Costa County PO Box certainly had nothing to do with any activities by the mystierious Seelard.
