The Keef (Mike) And Mike (Keef) Show AKA The Keef And Mike Show AKA The Mike & Keef Show is an underground music radio show, started by Mike Hayden (of 79Cortinaz) and Keith O'Neill.
Mike and Keith are both well known in the Irish music underground located in Carlow and Laois. They are probably both best known as coordinators and overseers of The Saturday Sessions, along with Mike's fellow 79Cortinaz band-mate and friend, Cormac Strain (who also produces their show).
