"We've Got Tonight" is a ballad written by Bob Seger from his 1978 album Stranger in Town. It was a hit single by Seger and the Silver Bullet Band, reaching No. 13 on the U.S. pop charts. In 1983, Kenny Rogers and Sheena Easton did it as a single of a Hot Country Hits, with the Billboard Hot 100 and peeked number six on Billboard Adult Contemporary and Country singles chart. It was released on Rogers' 1983 album of the same name. Although in 1985, Kenny Loggins and Easton did it in the three same titles of a song reached and peeked the number one chart on the Billboard Hot 100 and Adult Contemporary songs. It was released on Loggins' fifth album Vox Humana. It earned Grammy Awards Pop and Duo Song of the Year in 1986.
